Visa Help in Bangkok: Schengen Visas for Belgium, France, Italy and the Netherlands

Looking for a visa agent in Bangkok? I give personal Schengen visa help from my office in Sathorn.

I’m Poy, and I created Spoyzy to help Thai partners, parents and families get their visa for Europe without stress. Visiting a partner in Belgium, bringing your parents to France, or moving to Belgium after your wedding: I check which visa you need, prepare the complete file with you and make sure nothing is missing before your appointment at the visa centre.

I work in Thai, English, French and Dutch, so I can explain everything to both of you: the Thai applicant and the partner or family in Europe.

What I do for you

  1. Check your situation: travel purpose, who invites, who pays, and choose the right visa.
  2. Personal document list: exactly what you need for your case, not a generic list.
  3. Prepare and check every document: employment letter, bank statements, invitation and sponsor documents (Annex 3bis for Belgium, attestation d’accueil for France), insurance and bookings.
  4. Translations: Thai documents into English for visit visas; translation and legalisation for long-stay visas. See certified translation.
  5. Application form and appointment: I fill in the online form and book your appointment, then send you everything to print. For Belgium and France this is TLScontact; for Italy and the Netherlands, VFS Global.
  6. Final check before you go: every page in the right order, so your file is complete on the day.
  7. Follow-up: I track your application until your passport is back.
  8. Not from Bangkok? I can meet you when you arrive in Bangkok and go with you to the visa centre.

If your visa is refused, I look at the reason with you and prepare a stronger new application.

Good to know

  • Where to apply: in person at the visa centre in Bangkok, not at the embassy.
  • When: between 6 months and 15 days before travel. I recommend starting at least one month before.
  • Visa fee: €90 for adults (€45 for children aged 6 to 12), plus the visa centre’s service fee. It is not refunded if the visa is refused.
  • A common reason for refusal: not enough proof that the applicant will return to Thailand. A clear employer letter and approved leave make a big difference.
  • Translations for a visit visa: English is enough. No embassy legalisation is needed.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to go to the embassy?

No. The applicant goes in person to the visa centre in Bangkok (TLScontact for Belgium and France, VFS Global for Italy and the Netherlands) for photo and fingerprints. The embassy then decides on the file.

Can you guarantee the visa?

No one can: the decision belongs to the embassy. What I make sure of is that your file is complete, consistent and clearly shows the purpose of the trip and the return to Thailand.

My partner lives in Belgium. What do they need to do?

If they pay for the stay, they sign an Annex 3bis at their commune and send the original to Thailand. I tell you exactly what to ask for and check it when it arrives.

How long does it take?

The embassy normally decides within 15 days, sometimes up to 45 days. Apply between 6 months and 15 days before travel; I recommend starting at least one month before.

What if my visa is refused?

I look at the reason for the refusal with you and prepare a stronger new application.

I don’t live in Bangkok. Can you still help?

Yes. We do everything by WhatsApp and you only come to Bangkok for your visa centre appointment. If you like, I meet you when you arrive and go with you to the visa centre.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the visa type and your situation. Send me a message on WhatsApp for a personal quote.

Send me your situation on WhatsApp and I’ll tell you which visa you need and what to prepare.
