What languages do you provide support in?

How long does it take to get a visa processed?
It depends on the country and the visa. For a Schengen short-stay visa the embassy usually decides within 15 days after you apply, sometimes longer in busy periods. You can apply up to 6 months before travel; we recommend at least one month ahead.
Can you help with translations for official documents?
Yes. We translate Thai documents into English, French or Dutch (and back) and certify them for embassies, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and district offices.
Do you help with marriage registration in Thailand?

Can you guarantee that my visa will be approved?
No. The decision is always made by the embassy. We make sure your application is complete, correct and well prepared, which gives it the best chance.
Do I need to come to your office?
Not always. Much of the work can be done remotely by WhatsApp or email, and documents can be sent and returned by DHL. Our office is in the Supalai Icon Sathorn building in Bangkok.
Can you legalise documents for use abroad or in Thailand?
Yes. We handle legalisation at the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs and at embassies, including documents from Belgium for use in Thailand, with certified translations when needed.
