Good to know
- You apply to the Thai embassy or consulate that covers the country where you are now. The e-Visa asks for proof of your current location (for the DTV: proof of residence).
- The embassy may ask for an interview or more documents. Nobody can guarantee a visa.
- Apply well before your flight; processing time depends on the embassy.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to come to your office?
No. The whole Thai e-Visa service is online. You send documents on WhatsApp or by email and receive your e-Visa by email.
How long can I stay in Thailand without a visa?
Since 15 September 2026, eligible nationalities get 30 days visa-free, for tourism only. For longer stays, family visits, study or remote work you need a visa.
Which visa do I need to stay with my Thai partner?
For less than 60 days, a tourist visa is usually enough. For a longer stay with your Thai spouse or children, the Non-Immigrant O visa is the usual choice. Message me and I check your situation.
Can I get a retirement visa for Thailand?
Yes, if you are 50 or older. For up to 90 days, the Non-O retirement visa needs an income of at least 65,000 THB a month or a balance of 800,000 THB. For up to 1 year, the O-A visa also needs health insurance (at least 100,000 USD or 3,000,000 THB), a medical certificate and a criminal record certificate from the country where you live.
Is the visa fee included in your price?
No. You pay the embassy fee yourself, online, when I submit your application. It is non-refundable. My service fee is quoted clearly in the chat before I start.
Can you guarantee my visa?
No. The Thai embassy decides. I make sure your application is complete and correct, which helps avoid delays and requests for more documents.
My documents are in Thai. Do they need a translation?
Yes, Thai documents such as a marriage or birth certificate usually need an English translation. Spoyzy can translate them for you as an extra service.
